Refunding of vat is only possible with an own vat-ID of an own active business this way:
- an order has to be fully prepaid by the user including german tax
- than we ship the package
- the delivery will be checked and stamped at the border
- when receiving the package, send back the checked and stamped export documents (Zoll / duty / Douane)
- send a letter back to us with this documents including your international bank account and the bank identifier code (IBAN + BIC)
